Popular Nigerian Comedian, Richard Ayodeji Makun aka AY is set to shut down the United States of America as he embarks on a 4-day live comedy show tour to the country.
According to the veteran comedian, the live show is in commemoration of July 4th, American Independence Day, and is set to take place in four different cities in the United States of America.
Kickstarted on July 4th in Maryland, the show which features top Nigerian comedians such as AY himself, Elenu, Helen Paul, Gordons, Ajebo, Niyra, DJ Jamstar, and Wale Adebayo (Sango) MC, is slated to also take place in Atlanta on July 8th, Chicago July 9th and lastly, in Houston July 10th.
At the shown in Maryland on Sunday 4th, 2022, AY asked the attendees, mostly Nigerians to declare their support for their presidential candidate of choice in the forthcoming 2022 General Election. This got a large uproar from the majority who are ‘Obi-dients’ (pseudonym for the supporters of Peter Obi, a presidential candidate of the Labour Party.)
