It was Chinwendu and Tamilore ‘s wedding ceremony in Maryland, USA.

Saturday, June 11th saw the dawn of a blissful beginning as two people and two families from two different tribes came together as one amidst laughter and love.

The couple was joined in Holy Solemnization at ST. Augustine’s Church in Old Washington Rd Elkridge. While the reception party followed at Hilton BWI Airport Hotel, MD

The attendees who witnessed love at its purest form as Chinwendu and Tamilore tied the knot include close family and friends of the love birds.

Our highlight of the day was the attire donned by the guests, the couple’s parents inclusive, which was a feel of stunning owambe wears and exquisite black-tie, giving Yoruba and Igbo union.

The reception which was strictly by invitation required the guests to confirm their presence and reserve their seat online using the information provided in the e-access card.

Chinwendu Amazu, the gorgeous Igbo bride donned the simple but classy traditional white wedding gown which enhanced her silhouette. The groom, Tamilore Osilaja on the other hand, gave the feel of the kingsmen in a bespoke blue suit.

We won’t be doing justice to this piece if we don’t mention the bridal train which is comprised of elegant ladies and gentlemen from different walks of life who dressed the part to give the event a memorable and colourful feel.

While the ladies wore mouth-washy wine bridal dresses, the groomsmen made an appearance in complementary black suits.

Ever heard of the statement ”True love knows no boundaries?” The phrase would definitely be talking about Tam and Chinwe’s kind of love.

Despite all the odds surrounding their love, due to the difference in tribes and cultures, love still won and this would later become a happily ever after.
