When it comes to choosing one’s together forever, it doesn’t matter where we meet. It could be at a party or any other event. In the case of Obianuju and Chinedu’s love story, it all started at a birthday party. Enjoy their love story as shared by Chinedu :

I met her at my friend’s wife’s birthday party who is also her friend. The moment I saw her, it was love at first sight. All through the party, I couldn’t take my eyes off her, even though she didn’t notice me or maybe she did but didn’t want to show it (lol). After the party, it was really late at night and I decided to use the opportunity to offer her a ride home since we were going to the same direction ( At this point, I knew God was on my side). While we were on our way, I tried to engage her in a few conversations but she was giving me the monosyllabic answers and playing hard to get for her future husband ( we still laugh about it till date). When we got to her destination and I dropped her off, I knew from that moment that she was going to be my wife. Since then, it has been a pure bliss.

What an intriguing love story!

The groom-to-be, Chinedu Chukwuma Iwuanyanwu, son of Chief Dr. Emmanuel Iwuanyanwu, is an entrepreneur and a business mogul. He is also a real estate realtor. While the bride-to-be, Obianuju Cynthia Odurukwe is a health and beauty enthusiast, an entrepreneur and a nutritionist. She is the last child of five children. She grew up in Bayelsa State and studied Nutrition and Dietetics in Imo State University. They both hail from Imo State, Nigeria.

The wedding procession is set to kick-off with the church service on Monday, April 18th, 2022 , at the Cathedral Church of Transfiguration of Our Lord, Owerri, Imo State. Reception will follow immediately at Landmark Event Centre, New Owerri, Imo State.

Colours of the day are : Peach, Green, and Gold.
